What we collect

Trial requests: only the work email, name, company and receipt volume you type into the free-trial form. These are stored to set up your trial workspace and contact you about it. No card details are requested or stored.
Demo extractions: sample documents are built in. Text you paste or upload in the demo is processed in memory to produce the extraction result shown on screen; it is not stored as a trial record and is not used to train anything.
No analytics or advertising trackers are loaded by this site.

How data is handled

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Trial data is used only to open and support your trial.

Retention

Source documents are kept with your account until you delete them, and can be purged on request. Structured records persist in your accounting system independently of our storage.

Your choices

You may ask for your trial record to be deleted, or ask what was stored about your request, by emailing [email protected].
