Security

Financial documents deserve a short, checkable answer. This page describes how tvmmm is designed to handle them β€” and, at the bottom, what it does not claim.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS, and this site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in plain text β€” only salted hashes are kept.

Review before posting

Nothing posts to a ledger silently. Low-confidence fields go to a human review queue, and approval rules decide what flows through. The demo's posting button is a preview and touches no real ledger.

Least access

Ledger connections use scoped OAuth tokens, not your ledger password, and can be revoked from the ledger side. Trial requests store only the contact details you submit β€” no card details are requested.

Demo data is not stored

Text pasted or uploaded in the demo is processed in memory for the extraction result only. It is not stored as a trial record and is not used to train anything.

Retention you can set

Source files are kept with your account until you delete them, and can be purged on request. Structured records persist in your accounting system independently.

Deletion on request

Ask for a trial record to be deleted by emailing [email protected]. See the Privacy Policy for the full short-form statement.

What we do not claim

tvmmm does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR certification, or any other audit or certification it has not undergone, and it does not claim a measured accuracy rate. The demo shows per-field confidence for the document in front of you β€” that is the evidence, not a headline number. No analytics or advertising trackers are loaded by this site.
